Scott Mellon is an accomplished franchise professional with extensive experience across the industry, having held significant roles with major brands such as Neighborly, Dunkin’ Brands and Papa Murphy’s. His career spans work with some of the largest franchisors as well as mid-sized and start-up franchise systems, giving him a broad perspective on the unique challenges and opportunities involved in building a franchise brand.

Scott is known for his strong reliance on systems, data, process, and reporting which he has used to create a model that allows brands to predictably build their franchise system. His approach emphasizes the importance of well-defined processes and a systematic approach that runs across initial strategy, lead development, sales process, market planning and development.

Scott’s passion lies in helping franchisors refine and systematize their franchising programs, enabling them to achieve sustainable and predictable growth.

Scott’s educational background includes a double major in Entrepreneurship and International Business from Baylor University, and he continues to be a sought-after expert in the franchise industry, known for his ability to transform franchising programs in large, midsize and start-up brands.
